I’m not sure when they will fix my FPS or increase my loot chest (please increase my loot chest) but Gearbox is starting to finally talk about the future of Borderlands 3.
The Creative Director Paul Sage went on to talk about the game through a new monthly show hosted by Greg Miller and Fran Mirabella. He went on to talk about the games first free event being Bloody Harvest but then went on to confirm that we won’t be seeing any new vault hunters in the near future. I’m not too fussed about this, mainly because I’ve kind of only played one Vault Hunter Moze since I started and it’s been over 80 hours of gameplay so far.
- Week 1 (October 1-7): Bonus Boss Loot!
- Week 2 (October 8-14): Rare Spawn Hunt!
- Week 3 (October 15-21): Show Me the Eridium!
- Week 4 (October 22-28): Mayhem on Twitch!
- Week 5 (October 29 – November 4): Spooky Surprise!
The main baddy will be Captain Haunt! Which sounds like heaps of fun and there are new skins, weapons and more! All for free! You’ll get a new buddy called Maurice which you return your goods to!
I’m hoping that further progression in Borderlands will be raising the level cap slightly so we have a little bit more room to play with builds, maybe new skills trees? What do you think? Enjoy the game Vault Hunters, once we have more detail on the DLC I’ll be back!
